We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To start your return process please email us at retail@namsong.co.uk, you will then be advised if your return is possible and the process in how to return your product.
We want you to enjoy your coffee so if you have any concerns and things weren’t what you expected then please let us know. We don’t generally offer refunds for changes of mind or because something isn’t to your taste, but if there is a quality issue we will make it right. We’ll always meet our legal obligations around refunds and returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Often credit card refunds can incur delays, so please get in contact with us should you have not received your refund within 15 business days.
Only retail products bought in person from our store in Broomhill can be returned and refunded in person. If you have purchased your product via our online store you will only be able to process your return by emailing us at retail@namsong.co.uk. This also includes if you have purchased a product via our online store and collected your parcel from our site in Broomhill. Once your return is accepted, you may be able to drop your return off at our Broomhill site to save on delivery fees, please specify this in your communication with us.
Any retail products bought from our store in Broomhill require proof of purchase, and the same terms of our 30-day return policy applies along with the other details on this page. Should you have any queries in regards to your store bought return, please email us at broomhill@namsong.co.uk.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Should there be a quality concern with your discounted product that wasn’t made clear at the point of purchase, an exchange may be applicable in this situation, or store-credit may be applied. Contact us at retail@namsong.co.uk to allow us to investigate.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at retail@namsong.co.uk.
