Perfect for curious coffee drinkers, gifting or discovering your next favourite coffee.

Four speciality coffees from one Vietnamese producer, each showcasing a different processing method.

1 × 220g Zanya Double Washed

A clean, balanced coffee that highlights the natural character of the beans. The double washed process creates a clear flavour profile and a refined drinking experience.

1 × 220g Zanya Black Honey

A beautifully sweet coffee with tasting notes of orange, brown sugar and chocolate. The Black Honey process encourages sweetness and body while retaining balance.

1 × 220g Zanya Natural

A fruit-forward coffee created by drying the coffee cherries with the fruit still surrounding the beans. Expect a more expressive, fruity drinking experience.

1 × 220g Zanya Lavender Co-Ferment

An experimental coffee produced by introducing lavender during fermentation, creating distinctive floral characteristics and a completely different flavour experience.

Total coffee: 880g

All four coffees originate from Zanya Farm in Vietnam.

High in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, around Đà Lạt, Zanya Farm is helping showcase a different side of Vietnamese coffee.

Vietnam is one of the world’s largest coffee-producing countries, best known internationally for its Robusta production. But there’s another story developing in the country’s highlands: speciality Arabica grown and processed with an emphasis on quality, traceability and flavour.

Zanya’s coffees are a brilliant example of this.

By working with different processing techniques, from traditional washed and natural methods to experimental co-fermentation, the producer can create remarkably different flavour experiences from coffee grown in the same region.

For us, these coffees represent exactly why we started Nam Song: to introduce more people to the incredible diversity of coffee being produced across Asia.
